Founded by Alain ROUSSEAU, the managing director, AAC DETECTIVES complies with the law and statutory order of 2003 and 2004 respectively governing the activities of French private investigators, and with their Prefectorial registration of 1985.

AAC DETECTIVES is approved by the Detective Qualite Plus network and the Conseil National Supérieur Professionnel des Agents de Recherches Privées and respects fully the New French Code of Civil Procedure.

Accordingly, on completion of an assignment, each client receives at least a detailed report which can be used in Court or for any other legal purpose.

This practice, with its objectivity and thereby all of the relevant facts and circumstantial evidence, has been consistently recognised by the French Supreme Court of Appeal as legally valid since 1962. Attached to each of our reports is also an inexhaustive list of references to jurisprudence.
