We receive our client in the offices located on Rue la paix in Paris.

She tells us that her husband makes many trips and sometimes make Sundays pretending to go to salons. He recently wished to divorce insisting that he wanted an amicable divorce.

Alerted by her husband’s insistence, she asks us to carry out an investigation to prove if adultery there is. In which case, she would refuse the divorce for misconduct.

We advise our client to conduct monitoring and spinning from the workplace and mainly on Friday evenings.

Goals

Our client wishes to obtain proof that her husband is in an extramarital relationship. At the same time, anxious to obtain a compensatory benefit, she asks us to photography her estate before making a divorce application with exclusive wrongs.

3. The survey

The survey found that:

  • The observed had been in an extramarital relationship for several years
  • The observed was renting a property in the 92 with his lover

We also determined the real estate and financial assets held by the respondent.

4. Cost of delivery

Regarding surveillance, the cost was 2600 euros HT for 45 hours carried out on weekends.

Regarding the financial and heritage survey, the cost was 3200 euros HT.
