Hourly rates

Individuals from €80/hour incl. VAT in most of France; €100/hour incl. VAT in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, Lille and Nantes.
Businesses and legal professionals €80 to €90/hour excl. VAT depending on the assignment.
International assignments from €120/hour incl. VAT.

Packages

Fixed packages provide budget certainty for surveillance assignments: 4 hours from €340 incl. VAT, full day from €480 incl. VAT, 10-hour, 20-hour and 40-hour packages at decreasing hourly rates. The exact figure depends on location, urgency and the number of investigators required — it is always set out in the written quote.

What the price includes

Preparation, the operation itself, and a detailed factual report designed for court use. Travel within the agency’s area is included; specific expenses are listed in the quote. In some proceedings, French courts can order the losing party to reimburse investigation costs under article 700 of the Code of Civil Procedure — ask your lawyer.
